How it works
Everything that lands in your life is evidence. Best Life catches it, decides whether it matters, files it where it belongs, and helps you act — with the AI you choose doing the heavy lifting and you giving the final word.
Email, messages, voicemail, calendar and files flow in through your own channels — gRPC to etcd for the envelope, Jotta for storage, Hetzner for the server. You own the pipe.
Checked against your adversaries and champions lists, read for intent, or flagged by you: every item becomes a problem, an opportunity, or a quiet archive.
The item is restated in every domain it touches and joined to its story — a one-off, or the next chapter in an ongoing thread that can span many adversaries or champions at once.
In the connected domains your AI researches the story, drafts a strategy and prepares the outputs. You approve delivery — and it's sent to the adversary or champion on your behalf.

Deterministic where it can be, AI where it counts
Some steps are deterministic — the app simply runs them. Others hand off to the AI you've chosen, with clear placeholders for exactly where it takes over. You pick the model and the sources; nothing leaves without your say-so.
In the connected domains, the AI gathers the facts of the story — the history, the parties, the stakes.
It proposes a way to resolve the problem or seize the opportunity, grounded in the connected domains.
It drafts the outputs for review. You approve delivery, and the app sends the final word to the adversary or champion.
Privacy
Your ledger lives in the app on your Mac, iPad and iPhone. AI runs on Apple's on-device models unless you choose otherwise.
Tax, legal, medical, mind and family domains are locked: their data never reaches a cloud model, whatever else you enable.
Connect a bank, a court listing service, HealthKit or just a folder of statements. Every connection is opt-in, per domain.
Evidence is archived, backed up and synced to your own Jotta storage over your own Hetzner server. We never hold your data — because it was never ours.
